Character Trait Chart
and Personality Components - This is a Must See Page. Not only does it have a character chart, but a very detailed list of personality traits, and some reminders about things to include to make the character really come alive.
Fiction Character Worksheet - Nice, simple layout & Content, but it might not set your brain on fire.
Fiction Writer's Character Chart - This is the longest and most complete Character Chart I have seen. Too long for me to handle, but some of you might enjoy so much detail, and you can always leave some out.
Rich Hamper's Character Profile Sheet - Very, VERY detailed sheet, with both conventional and more interesting, less expected questions. Worth a look.
Fundamentals - A slightly shorter chart with conventional, but slightly different questions.
